AI-NATIVE VENTURE STUDIO — WYOMING, USA × ABIDJAN, CÔTE D’IVOIRE
Tsalach Ventures is a Wyoming-registered, Abidjan-operated venture studio that designs, launches and operates AI-native digital products across the United States, francophone Africa and Europe. No mockups presented as companies: what we mark LIVE is publicly accessible in production, and what we mark COMMERCIAL has real customer activity.

OUR THESIS
Frontier AI allows a lean operating team to research, design, build and iterate much faster than traditional software workflows. The opportunity is not the elimination of work, judgment or capital — it is the ability to deploy them with greater leverage.
Francophone Africa is mobile-first, WhatsApp-native and digitizing fast, yet much of its software was designed for other languages, payment habits and commercial realities. Tsalach combines local market context with international product and operating standards.
AI-native execution is becoming more accessible every month. The durable advantage will not come from using AI alone, but from combining it with distribution, operating knowledge, reusable infrastructure and disciplined delivery.
Acting now allows Tsalach to accumulate market knowledge, reusable systems and operating experience before AI-native execution becomes commonplace. This is not a guarantee of success; it is an opportunity for disciplined learning, delivery and compounding.
OUR ENGINE
Tsalach is not a collection of disconnected bets. It is a repeatable operating system that turns verified problems into useful products, then carries validated learning and reusable capabilities into the next build.
Seven products in the portfolio: four deployed, including one operating commercially, and three in active build. Founder-led. AI-augmented. Accountable by design.
Portfolio status updated July 2026.
Tsalach combines proprietary ventures with selected client work. Client engagements are chosen for strategic fit and can contribute revenue, market knowledge and reusable capabilities to the studio. This model is designed to improve capital efficiency without claiming that every venture is already self-funding.
THE PORTFOLIO

Read Letter Nº1What we believe
AI UNDER HUMAN RESPONSIBILITY
AI accelerates our research, design, development and operations. Its use remains governed by human rules proportionate to the level of risk in each product.
An identifiable person remains accountable for every material decision, production release and business consequence.
The greater a feature’s potential impact on a user’s finances, safety, rights or reputation, the stronger its human and technical controls must be.
We clearly disclose when a user is interacting with AI or when a material output has been generated or recommended by AI.
We collect only what is necessary, restrict access and do not send sensitive data to a model without a legitimate purpose and appropriate safeguards.
Access, secrets, logs, data and automated actions are protected according to system risk. An AI system never receives more permissions than it needs.
We test products across the languages, cultures and real operating conditions of the markets they serve to reduce imported errors, exclusions and bias.
We avoid leaving critical functions dependent on a single model, provider or automated agent without a practical fallback.
Systems are monitored after launch. Incidents, errors and user feedback are used to improve the product and strengthen its safeguards.
Our goal is not maximum automation. It is reliable, understandable and durable value.
THE FOUNDER
Tsalach Ventures was founded and is operated by Yapi Landry Stéphane — Steph — an Ivorian entrepreneur building at the intersection of American business standards and francophone markets. Tsalach is a Wyoming-registered company with an operating base in Abidjan: founder-led, AI-augmented and accountable by design. Frontier AI supports strategy, research, product development and operations; it does not replace human judgment or responsibility.
Beyond the studio, he is Founder and Chair of Fondation Impact Afrique Durable — FIAD, a Côte d’Ivoire-based nonprofit initiative in formation focused on expanding capabilities and opportunities across Africa.
The name Tsalach is Hebrew for “to prosper.” It expresses the standard we aim for: useful products that create durable value for the people and organizations they serve.
