Tsalach Ventures

AI-NATIVE VENTURE STUDIO — WYOMING, USA × ABIDJAN, CÔTE D’IVOIRE

The cost and time required to build software are collapsing. We turned that advantage into an engine for building companies.

Tsalach Ventures is a Wyoming-registered, Abidjan-operated venture studio that designs, launches and operates AI-native digital products across the United States, francophone Africa and Europe. No mockups presented as companies: what we mark LIVE is publicly accessible in production, and what we mark COMMERCIAL has real customer activity.

OUR THESIS

Three forces are converging. This window of opportunity will not remain open indefinitely.

01 · AI has dramatically reduced the cost and time required to build software.

Frontier AI allows a lean operating team to research, design, build and iterate much faster than traditional software workflows. The opportunity is not the elimination of work, judgment or capital — it is the ability to deploy them with greater leverage.

02 · Francophone markets remain underserved by locally relevant software.

Francophone Africa is mobile-first, WhatsApp-native and digitizing fast, yet much of its software was designed for other languages, payment habits and commercial realities. Tsalach combines local market context with international product and operating standards.

03 · The AI-native execution window is real — and narrowing.

AI-native execution is becoming more accessible every month. The durable advantage will not come from using AI alone, but from combining it with distribution, operating knowledge, reusable infrastructure and disciplined delivery.

The execution window is narrowing.

Acting now allows Tsalach to accumulate market knowledge, reusable systems and operating experience before AI-native execution becomes commonplace. This is not a guarantee of success; it is an opportunity for disciplined learning, delivery and compounding.

OUR ENGINE

Founder-led. One operating system. Seven products.

Tsalach is not a collection of disconnected bets. It is a repeatable operating system that turns verified problems into useful products, then carries validated learning and reusable capabilities into the next build.

  1. 01 · Find the pain. We start with problems we can verify in the markets we understand — not trends we merely read about.
  2. 02 · Build AI-native. Frontier AI, serverless infrastructure and disciplined product workflows help us move from evidence to production faster.
  3. 03 · Ship in stages. We distinguish clearly between products in active development, products accessible in production and platforms operating commercially.
  4. 04 · Automate repeatable work. AI systems and automations handle appropriate routine tasks while an identifiable human remains accountable for every material decision.
  5. 05 · Compound what is proven. Revenue where available, operating knowledge and reusable capabilities strengthen the next build.

Seven products in the portfolio: four deployed, including one operating commercially, and three in active build. Founder-led. AI-augmented. Accountable by design.

Portfolio status updated July 2026.

A capital-efficient operating model.

Tsalach combines proprietary ventures with selected client work. Client engagements are chosen for strategic fit and can contribute revenue, market knowledge and reusable capabilities to the studio. This model is designed to improve capital efficiency without claiming that every venture is already self-funding.

OUR HORIZON

The studio is the asset. The products are the proof.

By 2030, Tsalach aims to become a trusted bridge between American business standards and networks and the opportunities of francophone digital markets: a portfolio of useful, durable products in commerce, hospitality, tourism and community software, built through the same operating system and strengthened by shared learning, infrastructure and distribution.

The portfolio roadmap, structure and available operating indicators are documented in the data room.

The founder publishes a quarterly letter for investors, operators and partners following the studio’s progress and lessons.

What we believe

  • In our markets, distribution is often won through WhatsApp, voice and trust, not only through app stores.
  • Speed becomes an advantage only when paired with high standards.
  • Cash flow is a strategic discipline: selected revenue-generating work supports patient venture building.
  • AI should augment human judgment, not conceal its absence.
  • Integrity is demonstrated: no status or result should be published before it has been earned.

AI UNDER HUMAN RESPONSIBILITY

We build with AI. We never delegate our responsibility to it.

AI accelerates our research, design, development and operations. Its use remains governed by human rules proportionate to the level of risk in each product.

  1. Human accountability

An identifiable person remains accountable for every material decision, production release and business consequence.

  2. Risk-proportionate verification

The greater a feature’s potential impact on a user’s finances, safety, rights or reputation, the stronger its human and technical controls must be.

  3. Meaningful transparency

We clearly disclose when a user is interacting with AI or when a material output has been generated or recommended by AI.

  4. Data protection and minimization

We collect only what is necessary, restrict access and do not send sensitive data to a model without a legitimate purpose and appropriate safeguards.

  5. Security by design

Access, secrets, logs, data and automated actions are protected according to system risk. An AI system never receives more permissions than it needs.

  6. Context and fairness

We test products across the languages, cultures and real operating conditions of the markets they serve to reduce imported errors, exclusions and bias.

  7. Resilience and independence

We avoid leaving critical functions dependent on a single model, provider or automated agent without a practical fallback.

  8. Continuous monitoring

Systems are monitored after launch. Incidents, errors and user feedback are used to improve the product and strengthen its safeguards.

Our goal is not maximum automation. It is reliable, understandable and durable value.

THE FOUNDER

Founder-led. AI-augmented. Accountable by design.

Tsalach Ventures was founded and is operated by Yapi Landry Stéphane — Steph — an Ivorian entrepreneur building at the intersection of American business standards and francophone markets. Tsalach is a Wyoming-registered company with an operating base in Abidjan: founder-led, AI-augmented and accountable by design. Frontier AI supports strategy, research, product development and operations; it does not replace human judgment or responsibility.

Beyond the studio, he is Founder and Chair of Fondation Impact Afrique Durable — FIAD, a Côte d’Ivoire-based nonprofit initiative in formation focused on expanding capabilities and opportunities across Africa.

The name Tsalach is Hebrew for “to prosper.” It expresses the standard we aim for: useful products that create durable value for the people and organizations they serve.
