LETTER Nº1

Building from Abidjan, thinking beyond borders

I did not create Tsalach Ventures to accumulate projects or follow a technology trend. I created it around a simple conviction: a good idea becomes a company only when it meets discipline, market reality and the ability to execute.

For a long time, building an ambitious digital product required a large team, significant upfront capital and proximity to the world’s major technology centers. Artificial intelligence is changing that equation. It does not eliminate work, judgment or responsibility. It enables determined operators to start from farther away, learn faster and build with a level of precision that was previously inaccessible to a lean organization.

This is the space in which Tsalach is taking shape: a US company operated from Abidjan, able to understand the realities of francophone markets while working with international ambition and standards. I do not see Abidjan as a periphery. I see it as a privileged vantage point on underserved needs, rapidly changing behaviors and a generation that is no longer waiting for permission to innovate.

Our model is intentionally concrete. We build our own products. We also select certain client engagements, not to become a generalist agency, but because reality is our best laboratory. Every project must leave the studio with something durable: a capability, infrastructure, market knowledge, distribution or cash flow capable of funding the next stage.

I want Tsalach to be judged by what it delivers. This is why we clearly distinguish between what is being built, what is accessible and what is operating commercially. We will not earn trust by appearing larger than we are. We will earn it by being precise about what we have accomplished and disciplined about what we intend to build next.

The name Tsalach means “to prosper.” My faith has taught me that true prosperity is measured not only by what we own, but also by what we help grow around us. That idea guides our ambition: build durable companies, create opportunity, serve our clients usefully and contribute to an Africa that produces more technology, intellectual property and lasting value.

By 2030, I want Tsalach to be recognized as a credible bridge between American standards and networks and francophone digital markets. A bridge does not exist for itself. It connects, carries and opens new paths. That is what we intend to build.

If you are an investor, partner, founder or organizational leader and this vision resonates with you, the door is open. Come and see what we have already built — and what we are prepared to build next.
