tsalach.ventures is the institutional and informational website of TSALACH VENTURES LLC. It presents the company, its vision, initiatives, and projects, and allows professional or investor inquiries to be submitted.
The website is primarily intended for a B2B audience: companies, investors, partners, founders, and organizations. Viewing it does not automatically create a client, advisory, fiduciary, partnership, or investment relationship.

Project and investor inquiries
The form allows you to submit an inquiry that is processed manually. Submission is only an initial contact: it is not acceptance of a project, a contract, an obligation to respond, automatic access to a data room, or a financing commitment.
Tsalach may accept, decline, request more information, or end a discussion. A contractual relationship begins only after a written agreement has been signed by authorized persons.
Do not send an unrequested trade secret, confidential document, or sensitive information. Unless an NDA or other written agreement has been signed in advance, submitting an idea or message does not by itself create a confidentiality obligation. This rule does not allow Tsalach to appropriate intellectual property rights validly held by their owner.

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s text, graphics, structure, visual identity, software, trademarks, and content are owned by Tsalach Ventures or used with permission. Third-party trademarks, logos, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited, including fraud, willful misconduct, or another situation protected by mandatory law. Liability arising under a separate agreement is governed by that agreement.
Governing law and disputes
Subject to applicable mandatory rules, these Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without giving effect to its conflict-of-law rules.
Before starting proceedings, you and Tsalach will seek a good-faith resolution by contacting legal@tsalach.ventures. If the matter is not resolved, courts of competent jurisdiction located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires another forum or protects a right that cannot be waived.
Governing language
The French and English versions are intended to have equivalent meaning. If they differ, the English version controls to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory rules.
Changes
Tsalach may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, services, or applicable rules. The version and update date are shown at the top of the page. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted.
